Established in 1998 the Company has built a solid reputation in designing training programmes that truly meet the needs of our Clients, and that deliver real results.        What do you do? We work in close partnership with each of our clients to ensure that we design and deliver a training course that will meet their requirements and that will achieve real improvement. We spend time doing the research to ensure we design the right training intervention on each occasion. It is set within the context of the group, is pitched at the right level, uses their real situations as course material, and is full of practical tips, tools and techniques.               Lead Trainer, Kate Tammemagi Kate Tammemagi began training in 1998 when she set up Focus Training. Kate has an MA in Psychology, is an associate member of CIPD and is a Member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. Before training, Kate was a successful Manager to the level of Managing Director. She gained her experience working in Jude Publications, the largest Professional Magazine Publishing House in Dublin at that time, where she worked her way up from Editorial Director, to Sales Director, to Publishing Director and finally to Managing Director. In doing this she gained experience not only in managing teams and the Company, but also in managing complex relationships with diverse groups connected with each Professional Magazine. Kate brings this practical experience to her training, as well as her results focus – hence the Company name! She is known for her practical, ‘coaching style’ training, designed to give both knowledge and practical experience. She believes that a Leader should be inspirational, and she models this effectively in the training room.        Focus Training Core Principles:        1. Focus Training is focussed on results.
