How we communicate – Words, way & body language; the impact of each
The impact of body language - and using body language effectively
Self & Self awareness – how much do we see ourselves as other do? How to increase self-awareness
Directing Self effectively – choosing our behaviours /reactions to achieve good outcomes in every communication
Understanding others – appreciating their preferred communication styles; Learning to communicate in others' styles, he 4 Social Styles
How to build mutual respect - communicating in a way that is mindful of the interests of others
