The Team Building activity gives the Team an opportunity to work together in a completely different environment – and to gain learning from this experience which they can then apply to their working life. The core of the Team Building event is a Team Game – a board game version of an outdoor activity. Your Team splits in to small groups, and the winning group completes all the tasks in the shortest time.               The experience of working together to complete the tasks gives the team an opportunity to to explore the value of working as a Team and to look at how a successful Team develops. This Team Building day also helps to improve relationships, to take a fresh look at how we work together and to help value each person’s positive contribution to our team dynamic. What are our strengths – what do we need to be cautious about?        Team Game          This game offers the group an experience that will allow them further discussion of self, roles we play and how this affects achievement of tasks. The group splits into small teams. Each small Team has a board game and a sequence of tasks to achieve. The Teams compete against each other to finish first – there will be a winning team. This game is about teamwork – each team must operate as a team to achieve success.
