It can be run as either a half-day or as a full-day Team Building Event when combined with other modules. The core of the Team Building event is a Team Game – a board game version of an outdoor activity. Your Team divides into small groups, and the winning group completes all the tasks in the shortest time. The groups are sitting, so it is suitable for everyone.               The Team Game gives the Team an opportunity to work together in a completely different environment – and to gain learning points from this experience which they can then apply to their working life. Working together to complete the tasks gives the team an opportunity to to explore many aspects of Teamwork, and of working together effectively to achieve goals. This Team Building Activity also helps to improve relationships, to take a fresh look at how we work together and to help value each person’s positive contribution to our team effort.
